Warranty and Return
All our products have a 30-Day Exchange and Return Right. Returning and exchanging products is free! However, we recommend reading this page and shipping terms to avoid possible misunderstandings.
We have manufacturers permission, instructions, and tools to service and repair warranty devices. For most hardware, we also have software.
If you send the device to us, it will always be free of charge. If the product is returned to the customer (eg warranty), we will not be responsible for shipping costs.
Our products have a 30 day exchange and return right. The right to change and return starts from the date the product was received. If you want to return your product, you can send it free of charge as a Post Customer Return. This requires that the packaging of the product is intact and that there is no trace of use in the product. However, if you have had the opportunity to use the product and get scratch on your cell phone, for example, we will refund 70% of the purchase price. If the device is badly damaged, no money can be recovered. Each refund is made on a case-by-case basis. At the end of the page, you will find a table that returns will be made. We must always inform you about the return. If the product is returned without notice, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

By returning the product to us, you agree to these terms.
The Product License is a 30 day Exchange and Return Right. The right to change and return starts from the date the product was received. If you would like to change your product, please send the former product to us as a Post Customer Return. Shipping is free of charge. If the machine is replaced with a new one, the customer will have to pay the postage from us to the customer. Forward shipping is always free of charge.

Our products have a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
To send your device as a guarantee, send it to us as a postal customer back-up. Shipping is free of charge.

In most cases, we will send you a new replacement product directly. For example, if you send a defective device for us on Monday morning, you will probably already have a new device at your fingertips on Wednesday of the same week!
If we can not find / can not correct the warranty for a product that is warranted, we will send it to the manufacturer's factory. If there is no fault in the factory or the fault is not covered by the warranty, we will charge you a 60 euro fee for shipping and back-up costs. If we find out in Finland that the fault is not covered by the warranty, or that there is no fault in the device, we will charge the customer for our postal charges and return the product back to the customer. The payment will be billed to your ordering address.
The warranty covers
- Any obvious faults in the operating system or technology (eg no signal or interface does not work)
- There is something wrong with the battery or charger
- The device will not charge (first check the charger)
- If you are not sure, ask us!
The warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by falling, damaging or other external effects
- The unit is installed incorrectly
- The user's own damage (eg screen cracking)
- Rooted phone
- The appliance itself has been attempted to repair (including unauthorized service shops), which has caused it to break down
- If the receipt is not saved
- "Device is not fast enough" and other reasons related to this category, unless there is a clear defect in the device
- Other incomprehensible causes that are in no way defective in the appliance, eg if it is in the wrong color (in this case, the product can be replaced / returned) or placed in a microwave oven
By submitting a product to us, you agree to these terms.
Below the table under which the right of return will go. You may ask us if the table seems unclear.
For example, if you have a phone with a small scratch and the package is intact, you will be returned 70% of the amount paid. If the unit is completely intact, but the packaging is totally unprofitable, it will be returned in the worst case of 0%. Each case is unique and returns are made on a case-by-case basis.
